Delete from the Customer app
- Open the PonyWheels Customer app and sign in.
- Select Profile, then Account controls.
- Select Delete account, enter your current PIN and confirm the permanent deletion.
- The app signs you out after the request succeeds.

Delete your PonyWheels account.
Customer accounts can be deleted securely from the app. If you cannot sign in, you can submit a verified deletion request to our privacy team.

If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@ponywheels.com with the subject “Customer account deletion request”. Include your customer number and registered telephone number, but never send your PIN, OTP, mobile-money PIN or card credentials. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
- Customer profile and contact identifiers.
- Saved addresses.
- Registered app devices and push-notification tokens.
- Customer notifications and active sessions.
Limited records that may remain
Delivery, payment, fraud-prevention and audit records may remain only for the period required by law, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, safety or security obligations. Access remains restricted, and the records are deleted or de-identified when the applicable retention period ends.
